General Information
Q1: How can I know what my car model is, year of manufacture?A1: That's simple! Refer to your car log card or car manual. To double make sure our products fit your car, you can drop us a
message here before making the purchase.
Q2: I'm interested in the door pillar stickers, but I've already pasted on window visors. What can I do?A2: As it is difficult to remove the window visors, you can trim away the end of the sticker which is blocked by the window visor.
Q3: For products pasted with double-sided foam or acrylic tape, will it leave tape residue if I remove it? A3: Such products are typically purchased with the intention of pasting them on for good.
But if you do need to remove the product, then unfortunately, it can leave behind tape residue as these tapes are meant to be strong in order to withstand tough external environment and weather elements.
Q4: How can I remove the tape residue? A4: We suggest taking the time to slowly peel/scrape off the residue as much as possible as we would not know how cleaning agents may react with your car body paint.
Q5: Wet wipes are more convenient to use. Can I use them to clean the surface before pasting the product?A5: Wet wipes can contain chemicals and/or alcohol that can corrode the product's print or cloud up certain plastic surfaces. It is better to stick with the good old cloth.
Q6: My sticker is peeling off a bit / The tape on the product is not very sticky. What can I do?A6: Such situations can be due to several reasons. But the most common reasons are:
(1) The surface was not cleaned thoroughly before pasting. There could still be moisture/dust/grease/'waxy" layer on car interior plastic surfaces.
(2) Not ideal installation conditions (eg: cold/wet days, damp/dusty environment etc.)
First, ensure that the spot is thoroughly cleaned, especially the 'waxy" layer on car interior plastic surfaces.
Then, to reinforce the adhesive on a sticker-type product, you can consider using suitable spray adhesive.
For products using tape, you can get double-sided foam/acrylic tape designed for car/external use from most hardware stores and replace the tape on the product.
