Shipping policy

STANDARD DELIVERY
CosmoCarCo offers multiple shipping options to fit your needs through local 3rd party delivery partners such as J&T, Tracx Logis (formerly QXPRESS) and Ninjavan.

 

Once payment has been made and verified, orders will be processed, packed and shipped out by next business day. Thereafter, the delivery partners may take up to another full business day to pick up the parcels.

 

Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. While most of our customers receive their orders within 2-3 business days, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date for you as the delivery and scheduling of your orders are determined by the courier service and we do not provide specific delivery time slots due to the delivery routing, as well as the delivery load. Please factor in possible delivery delays to ensure your parcel can reach you on time.

 

During peak sales periods and festive seasons, please expect a possible additional delay of 2 to 3 business days.

 

Local delivery partners do not delivery to non-residental address on Saturdays.

 

All deliveries will be tracked, and you will be notified of your order’s tracking number. The tracking number and link will be sent to your email as indicated by you.

 

If your order has to be shipped in 2 or more parcels, you may receive your items separately. However, they should not be more than 3 business day apart. 

 

Business days exclude weekend, eve of major public holiday and public holiday.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES
Final shipping charges are handled by our website and delivery charges will reflect accordingly to weight of the items purchased at check out. All delivery charges will be shown before you make payment for your order. 

 

FREE SHIPPING
You can enjoy free shipping with a minimum spend of S$60.00 (excluding shipping charges).

 

DISCLAIMER
CosmoCarCo will not be liable for any late deliveries once parcels have been handed over to our delivery partners.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are currently only delivering in Singapore. If you need us to deliver internationally, email us at contact@cosmocarco.com and we will see how we can assist you.

 

Depending on country, you may be charged custom fees and/ or duty fees. Please take note that You (as Customer) will be responsible for all Customs, VAT, Duty and Tax Fees. To find out the actual custom tax, you will need to check with your country custom authority.

 

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
There are strictly no exchanges and refunds once goods are sold.

 

If there are any product defects or missing items in your order, please inform us within 3 days from Date of Receipt of your order

 

Any requests after this period will not be recognised.
